We offer two advanced Running Line Monitoring (RLM) solutions to meet different operational needs in offshore environments.

1. Integrated in sheave or structure
This solution incorporates a load pin and measuring counter directly into a sheave or structural component. It provides highly accurate real-time readings of both line tension and distance, seamlessly integrated into your existing lifting setup.
2. Clamp-On RLM Unit
Our second option is a self-contained, portable unit that mounts directly onto the wire. Designed for flexibility and quick deployment, it measures both tension and running length, and logs data to the same intuitive display system used in the integrated version.
Load Cells & Load Shackles – Precision Weighing for Heavy Lifting
In addition to our RLM systems, Kolos offers a wide selection of traditional load cells and load shackles for accurate weight measurement across a broad range of lifting applications.
Load cell are available in various capacities – from just a few tonnes to several hundred tonnes – and are suitable for both onshore and offshore use. Depending on your needs, we supply models with or without wireless readout capabilities.
